Yes. Another one. But he is featured in the story, as the statue SCP-049 speaks to after hours,(instead of when you blink, he comes alive at night, and he can hop from his little wave, and  really move around, but he can also manipulate his pectoral fins and he's pining for attention, he changes position every night. Yup, that's my SCP-173 design, hope you like it!
